Spring Wedding at The Stables in Whitehouse, Ohio

Not long after meeting online, Ashton and Mark knew that they were better together. The celebration was full of love and laughter at their spring wedding at The Stables in Whitehouse, Ohio.

Ashton and Mark met through an online dating app. She actually admits to having forgot that she signed up for it when she received a message that would change her life. The two had a first date and never looked back!

Their song has always been “Better Together” by Luke Combs. The lyrics go something like this:

“Some things just go better together and probably always will
Like a cup of coffee and a sunrise, Sunday drives and time to kill
What’s the point of this ol’ guitar if it ain’t got no strings?

Ashton gifted Mark tickets to a Luke Combs concert for his birthday in August 2022. At the concert a few months later, Mark proposed!

The wedding day was lovely … perfect conditions for an outdoor ceremony and a dreamy golden sunset! Early in the day, the bridesmaids were listening to a killer playlist … which I’m going to have to get from them. 😉 There was a special moment planned so that Ashton and Mark could share in a private prayer with one another … although he did not see her until she walked down the aisle.

At the reception at their spring wedding at The Stables in Whitehouse, Ohio, I noticed Ashton and Mark singing along to the lyrics that meant so much to them as they had their first dance. Then, Ashton surprised Mark with a special dedication and dance with her son, Brody, to the song “My Boy” by Elvie Shane. 🥺
