Winter Wedding at Gideon Owen Wine Company
Ali and Kirk’s winter wedding at Gideon Owen Wine Company in Catawba Island, Ohio, was a perfect fusion of family tradition, modern sophistication, and cozy après-ski charm.
The couple, both avid skiers who cherish their family’s lake home nearby, wanted their wedding to reflect the warmth of a mountain retreat on a snowy winter day. With the help of their talented planner, Bee for the Day, their vision was beautifully realized in this stunning, intimate celebration for their winter wedding at Gideon Owen Wine Company.
The ceremony was held in the winery’s newly renovated Loft, where the historic yet refined space provided an intimate setting for the couple’s personal vows. Following the ceremony, guests were invited to enjoy cocktail hour in the wine cellar, where the couple thanked their guests and toasted from a champagne tower.
Ali looked absolutely radiant in a chic satin gown that exuded timeless elegance. She paired the gown with delicate pale pink Prada shoes, adding a playful pop of color to her bridal look and earrings gifted by her new husband, which completed her ensemble perfectly.
The reception was equally thoughtful, with tables adorned with crystal and ceramic vases of fresh florals and natural wood branches. Guests moved into the grand ballroom, where the flickering fireplace added warmth to the evening’s festivities. Signature cocktails, personally selected by the couple, were served as guests mingled and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.
The evening continued with dancing in the Vineyard Room, where Next Level Djs set the tone for fun, joy, laughter. It was an unforgettable winter wedding at Gideon Owen Wine Company that truly captured the essence of Ali and Kirk’s shared passions and family heritage.
