Becca and Tyler’s Classic Country Club Wedding in Bowling Green, Ohio

High school sweethearts whose love withstood the test of time. That’s something you don’t hear every day. 

Becca and Tyler have waited a long time to celebrate their wedding day … like a DECADE. So, in planning for their wedding, they were going to do it up BIG TIME! They sought out a single venue for their ceremony and reception which allowed them to spend as much time with their guests as possible. They chose to host the event at Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green, Ohio. The late-summer day could not have been more beautiful … with sunny, glowing skies, and mild temperatures – perfect conditions for an outdoor ceremony.  

Becca had envisioned a classic styled wedding, complete with gorgeous florals designed by Gardenview Flowers. Rich colors of wine and navy were introduced in the formalwear and carried into the tablescape. The rolling hills at the golf club provided a lovely backdrop where they made their vows. With the help of DJ One Tyme, Becca and Tyler entertained guests at the reception with a video slideshow featuring photos from their youth – including some of those high school dances at which they were one another’s date – and more recent photos from their years of courtship. Most important to the couple on their wedding day was making memories with their friends and family… and boy, did they have a good time! Rarely did I see the bride leave the dance floor, and the groom was all over the banquet room catching up with all the people they hold dear. 

Becca and Tyler, I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to get to know you and watch you take this next step on your journey together. After all this time, it is evident that you have found a best friend in one another. I wish you the best as your continue to discover what lies ahead in your love story.  ~ XOXO
