A Celebration of Love and Family at a Wedding in Ottawa Lake, Michigan

It was a bright, sunny day for Alex and Alexis’s celebration of love and family at a wedding in Ottawa Lake, Michigan!

I had the pleasure of being connected with Alexis and Alex through a referral from a Michigan event venue. Although circumstances related to the pandemic forced them to change the date and location of their wedding, I was pleased that the stars aligned for me to continue to be a part of their special day.

The entire bridal party prepared for the day at the church. Alexis and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done in one room while Alex and the guys got ready on the other end of the building. It was so sweet watching their little guy go from side to side and to see his mom and dad get so excited to see him dressed in his tiny tuxedo. What a little cutie! 💙

I knew that Alexis would be a lovely bride. But when she put on her wedding gown topped with a gorgeous, Cathedral length embroidered veil and crystal tiara … oh my goodness. She looked like royalty! Throughout the day, you couldn’t help but feel the sincerity during their celebration of love and family. There were many tears of joy shed, as Alexis and Alex are so grateful to have found a beautiful love in one another. The family that they have created together is certainly one of which they are proud. It is clear that this couple is one which is dearly loved by friends and family from near and far.
