Grand Wedding Celebration in Toledo, Ohio

Although Kayla and Aaron officially said “I do” during a small, intimate ceremony in August 2020, they really did it up with a grand wedding celebration in Toledo, Ohio nine months later!

Kayla and Aaron, who reside in Chicago, had waited a long time to properly celebrate their happy occasion with friends and family after choosing to postpone their wedding reception due to the pandemic. But, when they were able to celebrate … it was a GRAND occasion in Toledo, Ohio!

A lovely, sunny day started with gathering with their closest friends and family to get dressed in their formal attire once more! (I mean … that’s every bride’s dream, right?? ☺️) There was no formal ceremony on the day of their reception. So they loaded a party bus, headed to The Toledo Museum of Art for formal portraits, and then made a stop in downtown Toledo for a toast (or two 😉) with their bridal party.

The couple hosted their reception in a grand ballroom at Parkway Place with plenty of space to accommodate their guests. Many of their details mimicked those from their original wedding day – including the lovely florals in shades of pink, coral, and ivory from GardenView Flowers. The lights twinkled, and the couple danced the night away with their friends and family! The celebration was certainly worth the wait and will be a day they remember forever!

As their family has said, “These two make such a great couple. Watching them is truly like watching a love story!” I am so glad that the two of you had such a special celebration! I wish you the best for continued happiness and love!
